Learn to Make Decisions

important to be proactive and plan for everything, from beginning to end. Analyze the task at hand, think about all factors associated with it and draw up a plan for each contingency. Try to identify problems that could potentially crop up and have a back up plan ready in case something goes wrong.
Have a Vision
It is essential to have a vision that will provide you with a direction to move in. If you do not have a vision, what are you going to work towards? Do not be scared of having a grand vision; do not be afraid to think of things that look ‘impossible’. After all, all great leaders have had visions and people told them time and again that it could not be achieved.
Once you have a vision, share it with other like-minded people. Be prepared to be scoffed and ridiculed by some, but a few others may be able to give you genuine insight and feedback, that may help you achieve your vision.
Learn to Motivate
A leader is a motivator. He inspires and infuses people around him with energy. A true leader knows how to work with people and nurture their skills. He has the ability to make people believe in him and trust him. An additional skill that is required here is communication skills. It is important to be an effective communicator, if you wish people to follow you and understand your vision. When you speak, you have to make people you’re your passion for the goal at hand.
While this article talks about how to inculcate skills, you need to do more than just read articles. You have to observe true leaders, read up about them, find out about the important decisions they took in life, what they had to go through to achieve their goals, how they humbly accepted their mistake when they made one, and stoically stood by their goal when nobody believed them. Soon perhaps, you too will be in a position to have a article written around you. All the best for your endeavors!
