Lack of proper coordination among the employees creates a chaos in the organization. Executive coaching lays emphasis on team building. If an organization works as team i.e. as a single unit then it is able to perform better. Proper team building is the most important task for any manager. His responsibility lies in making every employee feel better and important. He should recognize the contribution of every individual without showing any bias towards any individual. Whatever might be there role every individual in an organization is important. A manager should make everyone understand that organization will crumble down if no one works together.

When faced with adversity managers fail to understand the root cause of the problem. This creates uncertainty in the organization, which further complicates the problem. Managers who have undergone through executive coaching know from where to begin. A good start may solve half of the problem. One should begin by first asking what the goal of our organization is. Once the goal is identified and properly understood proper strategies can be adopted which will facilitate the achievement of the goal.

It is true that the executive coaching grooms the individual to become an effective and capable manager. However, it is also true that it cannot teach everything. Risk taking ability is an individual trait, it cannot be taught in a classroom. Many business leaders took great risks in their life, which others would have not even dared to think. Business tycoons like Dhirubhai Ambani, Warren Buffet always flowed against the current. They never followed the conventional path. They always show future and followed unconventional approach to realize their dream. They have set an example and it is for the leaders of today to learn from them.
