You can read a couple of pages of a good book before you go to sleep at night or first thing in the morning. You can listen to material via books on CD’s or on your mp3 while you drive or perhaps during your lunch break. You could watch a DVD on the subject or attend a training seminar. Once you start you will notice the difference immediately by the way you lead and by noticing the way others lead. It is important to remember that Leaders never “arrive” rather they are always learning.
