2) Make an Offer – If you’re talking to people about your products make an offer. Say something like “Bob, if I can show you how PRODUCTXYZ will help you feel better, would you be willing to spend 10 minutes getting some information at a website”? It doesn’t have to be fancy, just offer them a clear benefit for taking a specific action. This also works with your team. “Sue, If I were willing to work with you for 3 hours this week, would you be willing to get your team members on the phone with me”? Make offers and ask for an action. If you’re committing to work with someone, then you deserve to know that they are equally committed to making that time worth while.

3) Use a System – A system is just a process. People need to know what to do, how to do it, and what they will get out of it. Use a system to attract new people, educate those people, and use a system to help you launch successful teams.
